Hand crafted to perfection at our facility in Boulder, CO.
- Consists of 3% aluminum, 2.5% vanadium and 94.5% pure titanium.
- Exclusive to our titanium is the "R" grade processing. "R" for radically aligned crystals. Increases strength and durability.
- All tubesets are cold-worked and stress relieved for extra durability and stiffness.
- Possess a minimum yield strength of 105 ksi and a minimum ultimate tensile strength of 125 ksi.
- Has an annealed elongation of 15-30% and a cold-worked ductility of 10%.
- Has a fatigue strength-to-weight ratio roughly twice that of 4130 chrome-moly steel.
- Superior resiliency and corrosion resistance.
